Optimised for AI answers, not just blue links

A growing share of buying research now happens inside an AI assistant, where there is no page two and usually no list of ten options — there is one answer, with a handful of citations. Oracle checks whether your content is structured to be one of them: clear factual claims a model can lift, schema that makes entities unambiguous, an llms.txt that tells crawlers what matters, and answer-shaped sections that map to the questions people actually ask.

Ask it in plain language. "How do we compare to competitor?" routes to a competitor battle. Anything mentioning ChatGPT, Perplexity or citability routes to the GEO/AEO engine. Everything else gets the full audit.

A second opinion: the standalone SEO analyzer

Alongside Rank Commander, SMAAI ships a one-shot URL analyzer that grades any page across nine categories: technical SEO, on-page, content quality and E-E-A-T, schema and JSON-LD, image optimisation, performance signals, AI-search readiness, mobile friendliness and link analysis. It returns an overall score, a letter grade and a plain-English summary, and reports can be downloaded to share with a client or a developer.

URLs submitted for analysis are validated before anything is fetched, so the analyzer cannot be pointed at internal or private network addresses.

It keeps running after the audit

One audit is a snapshot. The ranking scheduler checks every ten minutes for sites that are due, and re-audits each one on its own interval — every six hours by default, configurable per site. Tracking is opt-in rather than on by default, so nothing runs against a domain you have not asked it to watch.

Every audit is stored, so Chronicle can show the trend rather than today's number in isolation: what the on-page and technical scores were last week, which fixes moved them, and where a competitor has started pulling ahead.

SEO does not sit on its own inside SMAAI.
