What we collect
Account details (name, e-mail, company), product information you enter (Product Intel), the business contacts your account scrapes or imports, and usage data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To operate SMAAI for your account only: planning, content, lead generation, outreach and reporting that you approve. We never sell personal data and never use one customer's data for another.
Lead data
Business contact data is collected from public sources, cross-verified, and processed under your instructions as the controller. Opt-outs are honoured across every channel; generic mailboxes are never used as personal contacts.
Third parties
Model providers (via OpenRouter), messaging providers (Meta WhatsApp, e-mail), CRM integrations you connect (Salesforce, HubSpot), hosting. Each receives only what is needed for the task.
Security
Approval gates, per-account isolation, hash-chained audit trail, encrypted credentials, SOC 2 in progress.

Access, correction, export and deletion on request: reachout@artcl.cloud.
Retention
Account data for the life of the account plus 30 days; lead data per your instructions; logs 90 days.
