4. WhatsApp Business messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta to communicate with businesses. Specifically:
- First contact is made using message templates approved by WhatsApp.
- Once you reply, we may answer your questions within WhatsApp’s standard 24-hour customer-service window, including with the help of automated/AI-assisted replies that follow our content rules.
- Your messages are processed to understand and respond to your request, route genuine sales enquiries to a human, and keep a record of the conversation.
- Opt-out: reply “STOP” (or “unsubscribe”/“not interested”) at any time and we will stop messaging you and add your number to our do-not-contact list.
- Message delivery and handling on WhatsApp are also subject to Meta/WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Google (cloud/workspace and spreadsheet storage), and AI/model providers used to draft replies — each only to the extent needed to provide their service.
