Your AI marketing team

Not one model answering prompts. A chain of specialists with a verification gate in the middle.

SMAAI is not one model answering prompts. It is a chain of specialists, each with a narrow job, running in a fixed order with a verification step in the middle — closer to how an actual marketing department works than to a chatbot.

The campaign chain

Every campaign runs through these 8 agents in order. Each one's output becomes the next one's input.

The verification gate

The chain deliberately splits in two. Everything up to and including the Visual Designer produces work; then the Master CMO reviews what has been produced before anything is allowed to publish. Only after that gate do the Social Publisher and Lead Intelligence run.

This is the difference between an assistant that drafts and a system you can leave running. The review is not a formality — a campaign that fails it does not go out.

Failure is designed for

Each agent declares what it depends on, how long it may take and how many times it may retry. If an agent fails, the agents that depend on it are blocked rather than running on missing input and producing something confidently wrong.

One agent is deliberately given no retries at all: the Social Publisher. Publishing is not an idempotent operation — retrying a partially successful publish is how you end up posting the same thing three times. It gets one attempt, and a failure is reported rather than papered over.

Shared memory

The agents write to and read from CMO Pulse, a shared memory refreshed every five minutes. It is what stops each campaign starting from zero: what performed, what flopped, which pillar has been overused, which audience responded. The Master CMO plans the next cycle against that record.

Beyond the campaign chain

The eight above are the campaign pipeline. Around them sit specialists that run on their own schedule — the six Rank Commander SEO agents, the reel creator and its QA tester, the story and carousel builders, the brand guardian, the lead quality filter, the lead scorer, the engagement advisor, the boost engine, and the research analyst that studies what worked and feeds the findings back to the CMO.

You do not manage any of them individually. You talk to the CMO.

Daily standups

Rather than a dashboard you have to remember to check, SMAAI reports like a team member: a morning briefing of what ran, what it cost, what it produced and what it plans to do next — with one-click approval. Nothing ships without being visible first.
