LinkedIn Outreach
LinkedIn outreach that will not get you restricted
We draft. You send. Your account is never automated.
Most LinkedIn automation works by driving your logged-in session with a bot. It also gets accounts restricted. SMAAI's LinkedIn outreach is built on the opposite principle: it never touches your authenticated LinkedIn session at all.
How prospects are found
Discovery runs against Google's public index — the same profile pages anyone can see without logging in — filtered to the titles, industries and locations you specify. SMAAI does not scrape pages behind LinkedIn's login, does not automate your account, and does not send connection requests on your behalf.
Profile URLs are normalised to their canonical form, so the same person discovered through three different search results does not become three prospects in your pipeline.
Drafted for you, sent by you
For each prospect SMAAI writes a personalised connection note within LinkedIn's 300-character limit, and a follow-up message to use once the request is accepted. Both are drafted from what is publicly visible about that person and what you sell — not a mail-merge of the same sentence with the name swapped.
Those drafts are then queued for you to send. You review, edit if you want, and send from your own account. SMAAI tracks where each prospect has reached — drafted, connection sent, accepted, follow-up sent, replied, or declined — so you always know what to do next without keeping a spreadsheet.
This is slower than a bot. It is also the version that does not put a professional account you have spent years building at risk, and it produces messages a human is willing to put their name to.
Publishing to LinkedIn is fully automated
Outreach is deliberately manual. Publishing is not. The LinkedIn Creator is one of the eight agents in the core campaign pipeline, and it rewrites each campaign idea specifically for a professional audience rather than reposting the Instagram caption.
Those posts publish automatically to your company page as native image and video uploads — not link previews — on whatever cadence your autopilot is set to. So your company page stays active on its own, while person-to-person outreach stays in your hands.
Why the drafts are worth sending
A connection note has 300 characters and one chance. The generic version — "I'd love to connect and explore synergies" — is why most invites are ignored. SMAAI writes from what is publicly visible about that person and what you actually sell, so the note has a reason to exist.
The follow-up is written separately, for after the connection is accepted, because those are two different messages. Pitching in the connection note is the single most common way to get ignored; pitching immediately after acceptance is the second.
Because SMAAI already knows your product, your positioning and your ICP from the same brief that drives every other channel, the outreach sounds like the rest of your marketing rather than something bolted on from a separate tool.
Prospects flow into the same CRM
A LinkedIn prospect is not a separate list. They land in the same CRM as scraped leads, inbound chat and email contacts, carrying LinkedIn as one of four reachable channels alongside email, phone and WhatsApp — so if someone ignores your LinkedIn note but opens three of your emails, the lead score reflects that and follow-up goes where they are actually responding.
What we will not claim
Fully autonomous LinkedIn messaging — invite, accept, direct message, automated reply, all without a human — exists in our codebase and is not switched on. It has never completed a full cycle end to end, LinkedIn's own policies prohibit the integration platforms that would make it reliable, and it cannot run from a server.
We would rather tell you that than sell you a lane that quietly does nothing, or one that works right up until your account is restricted. When it is genuinely ready, it will ship with the same pacing and stop-on-reply rules as our other outbound channels: hard daily caps, randomised gaps measured in minutes, business hours only, at most one follow-up, and a permanent stop the moment someone replies.
Availability. LinkedIn publishing is included with content publishing from Growth. Prospect discovery requires an Apify token, which SMAAI will help you connect.
